Workshop Description:
In the midst of constant distractions, connecting with God seems to be more and more difficult and foreign. Come and reconnect your body, mind and soul to experience the presence of God in the present moment. This session will allow you to slow down your thoughts, calm your body and fill your soul to Come Alive in God’s presence. 

Bio: Josee Meunier
Avid Christian, Mom, Therapist, Teacher, Mentor, Friend, Daughter, Adventurer…. All these words describe a part of the person that Josee is. She used to find a lot of pride being called a Super Woman: High Performing Achiever. She was battling an empty feeling which was causing her to DO more. However, DOING more wasn’t bringing more peace, more joy or more love. It was when only when she discovered the power of the present moment (eternal present) that she stopped focusing on DOING and started focusing on BEING. She started experiencing God’s love, God’s peace and God’s profound joy in just BEING in his presence which made her Come Alive.  Now that she discovered the fulfilling gift of BEING with God, she wants to share it with whoever is interested to live a more intimate life with God, which makes us feel alive and grounded.
