The Light Has Come Youth workshop is about what it looks like to come to Jesus as the light of our lives. Many of us know about Jesus, but what does it look like to have the light of Jesus touch each part of your life? What does it look like to allow the light of Jesus to shine through your life? Students in grades 6-12 come and join us as we spend time with Jesus and friends and come to Jesus as our Light together.
Angela Johnson is the LifeStudents Pastor at Lifecentre Church in Ottawa, Ontario. She came to know Jesus when she was 15 years-old attending Lifecentre’s youth group! Angela is known for her fun energy and joy, and she can’t help but to constantly encourage those around her. She consistently points people to Jesus and is unashamed of the gospel. Angela has a passion to see the younger generation come to know Jesus and serve His Kingdom in a powerful way.

Anastasia is artistic and creative, always overflowing with joy and passionately striving to see the younger generation come alive and truly fall in love with the light of the world, Jesus.

Sarah Sambles is a writer and coach, but she didn't always call herself that. She believes stories have the power to transform, whether they're fictional or real. It took many therapy sessions and a supportive community for her to get to the point where she called herself a writer.
